Soda Cracker Toffee

20 soda crackers
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
12 oz. package chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts

Line a jelly roll pan with aluminum foil and spray with vegetable oil spray. Place crackers in a single layer in the pan. Combine butter and brown sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil three minutes. Pour mixture over crackers and spread evenly. Bake at 350 degrees F. for five minutes (crackers will float). Remove from oven and while warm, sprinkle with chocolate chips. Spread melted chocolate evenly and sprinkle with nuts. Cut while warm.
