Cottage Onion Dill Bread for Bread Machine

3/4 cups water
1-1/2 Tbl. butter
1-1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbl. sugar
1-1/2 Tbl. dry milk
3/4 cup small curd cottage cheese
3 cups white bread flour
1/2 cup dried onion
1 Tbl. dill seed
1 Tbl. dill weed
1/4 tsp. onion powder or 1/2 tsp. of onion paste
2 tsp. bread machine yeast

Add the ingredients in the order recommended for your bread machine. This recipe can be made with the regular or rapid bake cycles. It makes a 1-1/2 pound loaf. It's best served warm from the oven or toaster (which usually isn't a problem at my house--it doesn't last long enough to get cold!)
