(from The Los Angeles Times California Cookbook)
3 - 4 lbs. chicken parts
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. curry powderPlace chicken in a small baking pan, skin-side up. Combine other ingredients and mix well. Pour over chicken and bake at 350 degrees F. for 1-1/4 hours, basting every 15 minutes, until chicken is tender and nicely browned. Serves 4 - 6.
