3 cups unpeeled, diced apples
1-1/2 cups sugar
3/4 cup oil
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1-3/4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamonStir together apples, sugar, oil, eggs and nuts. Sift together dry ingredients and stir into apple mixture. Pour into a greased jelly roll pan (10" x 15") and bake at 325 degrees F. for 45-50 minutes.
